Are you an online shopper, like me?
Now, I don’t know about you, but I love a good sale. I’m a tad embarrassed to admit it, but I think I can probably count on both of my hands the total amount of clothing items I have bought that have not been on sale (yes, ever). But, as much as I love finding a great sale, when it comes to Boxing Day, I’m certainly not going to bundle up and head to a crowded mall on the day after Christmas (same goes for Black Friday…nu-uh, not for me!). I’d way rather continue the ‘relaxation fest’ at home, on the couch, and with my family. But you better believe that I’ll be taking part in some Boxing Day shopping…it’ll just be from the comfort of home It’s the best case scenario – you get to stay cozy at home, snack all day and drink hot chocolate while also cleaning up on the best sales of the season. Now, what could make this Boxing Day even better? Ebates. That’s what!
How I’ll be spending Boxing Day! (And every night this past week getting some last minute Christmas shopping done!)
So, what is Ebates.ca?
For all you online shopping lovers, I’d like to introduce you to Ebates.ca! Ebates.ca is Canada’s biggest cash back shopping site. So, that means that when you make a purchase through the Ebates.ca website, you will receive a cash back bonus! Every website that you purchase through online receives a commission on the sales, Ebates.ca does too but they share that commission with you. Ebates.ca supports over 700 online retailers. So, when you are going to shop online, you sign into Ebates.ca first (it’s totally free to sign up); find the website where you want to shop; and head there through Ebates.ca. When you make a purchase, Ebates.ca splits their commission with you and 4 times a year you can claim your cash back funds! You can get your money back in cheque, Amazon.ca gift cards, directly to your PayPal account or event sent to your Charity of choice. Guys, it really is this easy and if you are an online shopper, why not save a bit and wait for a fun bonus cheque every few months?!

(the blue nailpolish on my laptop makes it so I know which is mine and which is Dan’s without having to open it… Really, I accidentally spilt while painting my nails, but it’s kinda genius, right?)
So, in anticipation of Boxing Day (which is only 3 days away, People!!!), here are some of the places I’ll be shopping, through Ebates.ca of course!
Oh yeah, the final added incentive? On Boxing Day over 200 of the stores on Ebates.ca will be offering double cash back (cha-ching!).
ASOS is my online clothing go-to and Ebates.ca offers you 2.5% cash back when you shop ASOS through them. ASOS has amazing trend pieces and that’s what I love them most for – embellished jackets, embroidered skirts, faux fur jackets. That’s my jam. Top of my ASOS wish list? This jacket. Cropped, bold print, embroidered and super on sale? It seriously had me at first click.
Anthropologie is my go-to spot for anything kitchen and Ebates.ca offers you 2% cash back when you shop through them. I collect their plates, bowls, and napkins to make my kitchen cabinets colourful. Currently in stock I am loving these pretty pastel Mimira Mugs:
The Hudson’s Bay is my favourite place for staple clothing (undershirts, socks, denim, soft sweaters etc.) and their iconic stripe pieces are my favourite (as you can see with my blanket in this photo!). Earn 5% cash back when you shop Hudson’s Bay through Ebates.ca. This HBC striped Caribou Throw blanket that I have on my bed is my favourite warm winter blanket and it’s the perfect gift!
What will you be shopping for this Boxing Day? If you’re like me and don’t want to face the crowds, I suggest staying home and making your choice purchases from your couch. After a busy December I am looking forward to treating myself to a little something new! Give Ebates.ca a try, because who doesn’t like to receive a cheque in the mail every few months?!
