We just got back from a short trip to Nashville and now I guess it’s time to embrace this cooler weather. Nashville was a super cool city. We were there visiting Dan’s sister who is a country singer…needless to say, I got my fill of country music! We probably watched around 75 performers in 3 days which was amazing. But, as much as I appreciate country music, I happily retreated to my old hip hop loving ways once we got back in the car in Canada.
This fall I have been gravitating to black and white a lot – a white chunky knit remains my favourite fall/winter item. I grabbed this vest on sale at Uniqlo. I wanted an oversized fit so I went for an XL rather than my regular size and it’s perfect! There is no need to fuss over size tags – buy something that fits the way you want it to!
These boots are one of my most recent snags, I picked them up at Geox and they are going to be perfect for this fall and winter. Guys…they’re waterproof!! After buying my first pair of waterproof boots 2 years ago I now realize how valuable and necessary they are with our winters. These ones are also super cute and not too chunky like I find a lot of waterproof boots tend to be. I really do love when fashion meets function. (But if I have to choose just one I’ll pick fashion every time ;))
What I’m Wearing…
